How long does shipping take?
Due to our last round of sold out bikes, All Zentra bikes are shipped with tracking for delivery. Average shipping time is 40-50 business days for manufacturing purposes once your order is confirmed.
Is the bike fully assembled on delivery?
The Zentra arrives 85% pre-assembled. You’ll just need to attach a few components like pedals and handlebars using the included tools. No mechanical knowledge required.
What’s the weight capacity?
Zentra Foldable E-Bikes are built tough — they support up to 120kg rider weight comfortably.
How far can I ride on one charge?
You can ride 40–60km per charge depending on terrain, assist level, and weight. Charging takes around 4–6 hours.
Can I ride it without using the motor?
Absolutely. You can switch between manual pedalling, pedal assist, or full throttle mode anytime.
How does it fold up?
The Zentra folds in under 15 seconds with a 3-step folding system — perfect for the car boot, storage, or public transport.
What is the return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window on all unused bikes. If you’re not 100% satisfied, contact us
and we’ll sort it out.
Is there a warranty?
Yes. Every Zentra comes with a 12-month warranty on the motor and frame. We’ve got your back.
How do I charge the battery?
Simply plug it into any standard power outlet. You can charge the battery on or off the bike — whichever’s easier.
